public duty last wednesday was cool (:
faizah was the casualty and she said she cracked her knee.

friday's training was average.
footdrill was omg. hah ! ncc sebok laaaaaa !

one hour of footdrill, and we continued with cpr (:
atikah did a FULL 5 CYCLE! wooooo.
and her compression was powerrrr.
