It's nearly two weeks after new year and i'm only updating about the events today. Apologies for my absence ; blame my keyboard that's malfunctioning !
So how did i celebrate my first few hours of 2009 ?
Aida and her family, Afyfa and myself went out to Marina Barrage to spend the night/morning together. The young ones were having fun playing in the water while WE, the teenagers went off to the Marina Bridge for some sightseeing and camwhoring. Seconds before 2009, i recorded the countdown , plus the fireworks . Simple, pretty, pleasant. After the whole Happy New Year thing , we took the train to City Hall . Initial plan of going to Pasir Ris Park was cancelled mainly because we were unsure of the way there (: Slacked at Marina Square and we boarded bus NR2 back to Admiralty . Had a small talk at atap house before we all went back at 5.30am
3rd Jan ; Dot, Pot and Qot got our salaries . Met up with Pot and Jot at CWP for dinner @ MacD. The next day, went out with Pot and Dot to CWP again to grab some clothes. Pot and Qot got the same tops. Went to Jot's house to slack and have some fun time together . 5th of January ; Pot and Qot went to Marsiling, Bugis and Suntec City for some serious shopping. I got myself 3 jeans, 5 tops, a new necklace and perfume. All to my satisfaction (:
7th January, back to school for 2009 CCA Orientation for the newbies. Alot came back to help . I spent my time walking around on my own taking pictures with juniors and not forgetting my friends . MISSED ! Went back home and met up with badots at night .
8th January ; Went to the SP Open house with Aida , Fyfa , Malek , Zhap and friend . There was nothing much for us to explore since we were not really interested in the courses available. Headed to IMM for lunch at Bagus Corner and back home - Next day was NYP Open house. It was much better i guess than previous year . So, i think i made the right choice ? hah . Following day, NP Open house. Wasn't as meriah as last year but it was okay. Went to the gym to meet abg yat and off we went back to Atap house.
Results tomorrow and i'm feeling the uneasiness.
I pray hard i'll get grades with flying colours. Ameen .
