Rising cases of the H1N1 influenza in Singapore , yet the alert is still at yellow . But whatever alert they set it as , WE the people should take extra precautions and stay extra vigilant . HAHAH , i can gurantee more than half are not doing our part . Some are still going crazy over the ongoing GSS . Cute right , singaporeans nowadays (:
I stayed indoor all day , and im really rotting. I swear i was bored , and the only few things i did to kill time : eat , laptop-ing , videocalled , studied , sleep , prison break . Yes , that's about the only thing i did . & i cannot imagine how those families who needs to be home quarantined , survive . Or maybe , they too are struggling in the house with nothing to do . HEH , so take good care of yourself and make sure you don't trouble others. *winks*
I went back to CGH a few days back , to ward 36 . Yeah , again and again , ward 36 :D I had a lil chat with this uncle, who got discharged today . We talked about random stuffs ; my life, studies, his accidents, workplace and all sorts of things. He gave me two questions to ponder about :
1) What do i live for ?
2) Now that i'm 17 , can think for myself , what am i trying to achieve in life , in this world ?
I had a hard time answering, hehe . But yeah , we managed to talk and crapped . He even said that he'll pray hard for me , in hope of achieving my dreams of becoming a successful doctor. AWWW, touched . Eh, he even talked about my relationships and all . HAHAH , i shared with him about ward 36 , abit about what i've been doing during those attachment days and all . Heyheyhey , don't think that i'm talking too much , the pakcik asked and asked and said he loves listening to people babble about stuffs like this.
IF only ALL patients in the hospitals are as friendly as him, i'm sure my life as a to-be nurse will be a blessing . & for sure, i'm gonna love my job mann , even though the pay is not high . AND , im thinking of getting bonded in CGH :P , but mama scolded me because i kept changing the place i wanna bond . WOOPS ,
anyway, i'm done with the thousand word essay ! A few more projects to finish before term break ends, and i can devote most of my time to study for the semestral exams. Piles of workload , yet so little time. But if others can do it, why not me? MUAHAHAH . atikah talk big laah , goodnight people !
